Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 of receiving the product.
  • The item is not marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or prescription eyewear
  • Opened or used contact lenses
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the product back.
  3. Inspection and Approval: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timelines:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 - 10.
  • Shipping fees and any additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Eye Kart Optician is not liable for items lost during transit.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if:

  • The item meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • The exchange request is made within 7.
  • Any price differences or additional shipping costs are communicated and processed before dispatching the replacement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging for verification.
  3. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Important Notes

  • Items sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number may not be processed.
  • Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria will be returned to you at your expense.
