1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1.2 Cancellation After Order Processing:

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for assistance.

2. Customized or Prescription Orders

• Orders for custom-made or prescription eyewear cannot be canceled once processing has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• If the order was canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees.
• For cancellations made after shipping (if applicable), shipping fees may not be refunded.

4. Order Cancellation by Eye Kart Optician

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock.
• Payment verification fails.
• Inaccuracies or errors are found in pricing or product information.
• Any unforeseen issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
